How do we reserve our date?+
We’ll send an electronic agreement. Once it’s signed and your 30% retainer is paid, your date is reserved.
How long are the packages?+
All mitzvah packages are 4-hour packages. Additional hours can be added based on availability.
What does “one print for everyone in the picture” mean?+
For print packages, if four guests are in the photo, we print four copies so each guest in the picture leaves with a keepsake.
How much space do you need?+
An 8×8 area is the minimum space needed. A 10×10 space is ideal for group photos and smooth guest flow.
When is the final balance due?+
The remaining balance is due 10 calendar days before the event.
Do you travel?+
Yes — we serve NJ, PA, and NY. Events more than 90 minutes from Ringoes, NJ may include a travel fee (disclosed in your quote).
Can you do outdoor events?+
Outdoor setups may be possible with proper coverage and power. If electricity can’t be provided on-site, we can bring a generator for an additional $175.
