How do I reserve my date? +
We’ll send an electronic contract to sign. Once it’s signed and your 30% retainer is paid, your date is locked in.
When is the final balance due? +
The remaining balance is due 10 calendar days before the event.
How much space do you need? +
8×8 is the minimum space needed. 10×10 is ideal for the best guest flow and experience.
Do you travel? +
Yes. We serve NJ, PA, and NY. Events more than 90 minutes from Ringoes, NJ (08551) may include a travel fee. The fee varies and is disclosed in your quote.
Can you do outdoor events? +
Outdoor setups may be possible with proper coverage and power. If electricity can’t be provided on-site, we can bring a generator for an additional $175.
